Training nationals in children's ministries and youth ministries for Africa and the diaspora

Every Child Ministries is pleased to introduce its INTERNATIONAL MASTER TRAINER Program, designed to develop trainers to use short term mission trips to train nationals in children's ministries and youth ministries in Africa and the diaspora (Africans dispersed abroad).

 It's as easy as 1,2,3. 
Here's how the INTERNATIONAL MASTER TRAINER works:

  1. ECM trains experienced Christian educators in cross-cultural techniques.  (Click here for information on this training.)  Those who successfully complete the intensive three-day course become International Master Trainers. 
  2. International Master Trainers may then apply to serve on training teams of one to two weeks duration to train African nationals to develop children's ministries and youth ministries in their churches, schools, and communities, and to train others to do the same.  Each trainer is free to select the trips and times that best suit his or her interests and needs, or even to propose trips based on their own contacts in African countries or the diaspora. 
  3. ECM helps team members fund their trips by raising missionary support.  Most team members are quite successful in this when they follow our guidelines.
